THE OFFENDER HAS NOW BEEN PUT INTO THE TDCJ PAROLE REVIEW PROCESS.
I PLAN TO COLLECT AS MANY LETTERS AS I CAN TO PROTEST THIS EARLY RELEASE.
I ALSO PLAN TO HAVE A PHONE AND PERSONAL INTERVIEW WITH THE REVIEW BOARD. AS DOES A
FEW OTHER CLOSE FRIENDS AND ADVOCATES.

NOVEMBER 3rd, 2004
CALLED TDCJ VICTIM SERVICES TODAY TO GET AN UPDATE ON THE OFFENDER AND TO
MAKE SURE I HAVE THE CORRECT INFORMATION TO SEND WITH MY PROTEST LETTERS.
WAS TOLD THAT HE HAD BEEN MOVED FROM THE UNIT IN AMARILLO TEXAS TO THE PRIVATE/WORK
UNIT IN LOCKHART TEXAS. HE IS NOW WORKING TO PAY FOR HIS OWN PRISON STAY.

THE OFFENDER WAS DENIED.
ANOTHER PAROLE REVIEW WILL COME UP IN MARCH OF 2006!

ME KEEP THIS DRUNK DRIVER IN PRISON FOR ANOTHER YEAR!

TDCJ DENIED parole!
I was given FIVE reasons why it was denied.
His review for early release will come back up in front of the TDCJ review board in
October of 2007.

Early parole was denied.
This time I was given 9 reasons why
by the Commissioner from TDCJ that handled
the case.

Called TDCJ today to check on the offenders status.
Was told he was in the same Texas Prison Unit.
Early parole review will be at the end of Sep. to the
first of Oct....
No other new info!

AUGUST 15, 2008
Gatesville Parole Board called at 9:22am for phone interview.
I asked for denial of early parole.
She had only viewed immediate family letters as well as pictures, other letters had
been sent in late (by me) and didn't arrive in time.
Will call next week to find out what happens....

Was contacted by the Parole Board at Gatesville. We discussed the options since it's come down to just one
more year of the offenders sentence. He will max out in Aug. of 2012. This means either he gets out now with parole or walks
out in 2012 totally free. I told them I liked the idea of parole now with some restrictions.
Have to call back in a few days to find out all the details of his parole.

New Update:
Arrested for another DWI in April of 2013. Convicted and sentenced in November of 2013. (info per public court records)
